This area is one of D\u00fcsseldorf’s most sought-after residential districts and is popular with people of all ages. Its mix of longtime residents and young families gives this area a special flair. Architecturally, it is among D\u00fcsseldorf\u2019s most charming areas, featuring uninterrupted blocks of well preserved\/restored 19th century town houses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From Unterbilk<\/strong>, a short walk takes you to the Rhine bank promenade<\/strong>, the Media Harbour<\/strong>, the old town<\/strong> or the K\u00f6nigsallee <\/strong>(or \u201cK\u00f6\u201d for short) shopping boulevard.
